Cost of balloon arch will cover setting up if you would like me to tear down $20 extra will be added to cost
If arch or covers become damaged if you tear down $50 will be due to cover damages

Save The Date Fee

Save the date fee is added in to all balloon arch and floral cart services.
It is a nonrefundable deposit it saves your date and blocks my day from others to book so ive the full day with your event

If you cancel within the two weeks before event date you will need to pay cancellation fee of $60
If you cancel before two weeks before your event date there will be no cancellation fee you wont get your $40 save the date fee back as it is nonrefundable

Square is what I use for payment needed for invoice is

Invoice will have a due date and that due that will be two weeks before your event date.
$40 will be due when invoice is sent to hold your date if this isnt paid within 3 days of sending invoice i will open date back up
If remaining isnt paid two weeks before your event date due to needing a extra days to pay ill give up to 3 days if it isnt paid by then I will open that date back up unless you get with me about payment
