Booking 

                                  When booking your time, please be advised that I require a window of 2-4 hours before the event time to set up all balloon arches. For instance, if you book your event at 1:00 PM as the start time, I need to be able to arrive and set up by 9:00 AM.

All balloon arches will include a save the date fee in the price. When checking out, you will be required to make a nonrefundable deposit of $40 to hold your date. The payment due date will be stated on the booking confirmation. I would like payment in full at least two weeks before the event date.

If you decide to cancel your event after paying in full within the two-week window, I will refund half of the total amount. However, the save the date fee will not be refunded.

When booking if your event  location is 30 miles or less from me you will need to add that to your cost which will be $20. If yourlocations of event is 30 miles or more from me you will need to ad the fee of $40 to your total.
